Unless you are betting on a crash, one wouldn't want to be long, long Treasuries. The dollar has been consistently losing 7% a year in value, and what's happened over the last four years have far exceeded that number. Speaking of inflation, what do you think putting 25% tariffs on Canadian framing woods and Mexican cement will do the the cost of house building?
